Meet Mark NeJame

Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Business Law and Probate

“I love having the opportunity to work with people who are excited about buying a home – especially first-time home buyers. There is all this positive energy working with the buyers, their real estate agent, and their lender, and helping help them accomplish their dream of buying their first home.”

Attorney Mark NeJame is a frequent presenter with Way Finders and the Valley CDC (Northampton) in the legal portion of their first time homebuyer seminars. Mark is also an authorized agent for CATIC Title Insurance Company and was formerly a certified title examiner for the Massachusetts Land Court.

Mark grew up in Lenox, Massachusetts, and attended Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont, and Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Massachusetts — which is where he met Julie, his future wife and legal partner.

Since 1983, Attorney NeJame has vigorously represented Buyers, Sellers and Refinancing owners of Residential Real estate. Mark began his practice in Boston with a small law firm specializing in real estate, representing a number of real estate developers active in condominium conversions. In 1986, Mark and Julie moved to Western Massachusetts and Mark worked in Springfield for two different firms and then on his own.

In 2002 in Springfield, Massachusetts, Mark formed the Law Offices of Mark A. NeJame which became NeJame & Kling Law Offices in 2008. In 2010, Mark and Julie moved their office to Northampton in its present location on Conz Street, while still maintaining contacts with Hampden County Real Estate practice.
