Business Formation, Contracts and Leases

Starting a new business? We’ll advise you on whether to incorporate, form an LLC, or continue as a sole proprietor. Once you’re in business, we can help with contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

“I’m starting or expanding my business, should I incorporate or form an LLC (limited liability company) and how do I choose?”

“My accountant tells me that I need to incorporate to take advantage of more tax deductions.”

Attorney NeJame will advise you on the formation of entity and e-file the Articles with the Secretary of State. In many cases, this can be done quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable fee. Once the LLC has been formed, should you choose that entity, Mark will draft the Operating Agreement that most commercial lenders and other investors require. With Corporations, Mark will draft By-Laws and other significant formation documents.

Contracts and leases are also part of Mark’s practice when you need a legal document reviewed or created. Contract or lease review may be in connection with the real estate purchase or a separate transaction.
